A rare Lucas Temporary Release Note Spare Parts List, TR189 (16th Sept.'57) for the introduction of the Riley 2.6 model.
Temporary Release Notes were issued mid year to identify electrical specification changes or for new model / variant introductions. The following years' CCE lists would include this information but for the model historians wanting to know about the timing of changes these are a must. They almost invariably got destroyed.
TR189 shows the Distributor, Lighting Units, Starter Motor and Wiper Motor (though no detailed component breakdown of these last two items,) Switches and other minor components. It is 3 pages of hand typed part number information.
