It is between Algeon Sugden Hodgson of 57 Savile Park Road, Halifax (Licentiate Dental Surgeon) and The Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Halifax. "...sum of one hundred and fifty pounds and also to pay to the Vendor the sum of One hundred pounds compensation for disturbances or interference with his business...". It mentions the "substitution of a suitable window for the existing entrance doorway of the northern surgery", etc. It has two signatures and two witness signatures. Has been folded.
