1909 copy indenture property & land in Barton Hartshorn & Chetwode

An 8  page draft copy of a lease dated 1909 between Charles William Trotter of Barton Hartshorne (esquire) and Clement Holt of Barton Hartshorne (farmer). Two pages have a lits of land and properties in Barton Hartshorne (Lower Orchard, House Homestead &c Pit Orchard, Cowhouse Close, The Gravel Pit, Little Bit, etc.) and Chetwode (The Dairy Ground and Spinney Ground or Furze Spinney Ground), Buckinghamshire.  Has been folded.  It is on Waterlow & Sons Linen watermarked paper.
