1903 "THE ANALYSIS OF THE HUNTING FIELD" R S SURTEES LARGE HARDBACK BOOK (P7)
Great antique hardback book from 1903 by R S Surtees on the analysis of the hunting field. Photo 1 shows staining from moisture many years ago. Photos 5 & 16 show pencil comments to say that the 12 colour plates (full page illustrations) are missing. There are 43 black & white illustrations amongst the text. Photo 17 shows that an initial page is missing. Photo 18 shows a gap in the binding between spine and pages so binding feels a bit wobbly but there are no loose pages. Pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 122 years old. Weighs 1.4kg.
