"Report of Preliminary Inquiry No. 1140, Explosion from a Steam Drying Cylinder of a Tape-Sizing Machine at Blackburn" - Atlantic Mill owned by J. C. White of 119 Duke Street, Liverpool, rented by Messrs. N. Walmsley & Sons. Two pages + a drawing. Front has a note written on it in red ink "Rupture at soldered and riveted seam of drying cylinder". London: HMSO, 1898. Looks as though it has been removed from a larger document. Has been folded
