1850 invoice John G. Blackburne, Oldham - measuring coal Robin Hill Colliery etc

Blackburne & Son to George Lees.  Items include "Measuring coal goton the North side of the Bawn Brow at Robin Hill Colliery", "Old Rectory Mine and Lees Mines", Examing Plans of Oldham Township to ascertain the extent and position of the Whetstone Hall Estates", "Coals under Potters Estate", "the thickness of the Black Mine under the Hollinswood Estate", "Buildings on Henshaw Street, + lots, lots more.  Has a signed receipt on the last page.  Has been folded and has some damage to edges
