18th CENTURY VERY RARE AND COLLECTABLE Antique George III Sterling Solid Silver Basting, Gravy or Stuffing Spoon, Fully Hallmarked For London 1799, making this a 223 Year old Antique Treasure.
Fully hallmarked for JOSEPH BARNARD,WHO WAS REGISTERED FROM 1798 making this a very collectable old basting spoon.
The Basting Spoon is 29cm/11.5 inches Long, and weighs a good 89gms, it is of the Old English Pattern,with a nice beaded decoration to the handle, it is monogrammed to the handle in script with the single letter's JJG I believe, please see pictures to confirm for yourself.

The Hallmarks and makers marks are clearly struck and the spoon is made of a good gauge of silver.
