12th Congress Dinner WW2 Military Cross Doctor Amazing Hand Signed Menu

CHAU3347  This has come from an amazing collection of Doctor Elston Gray-Turner (see below) which this was his private four page card 7" x 5.5" dinner invitation for the Dinner Of The 12th Congress on 20th September 1947 - Has extensive writing that has fascinating content and I think written by Doctor Elston Gray himself (see scans) and bar lightly aged seems great condition. The writing on all the pages needs careful research as could have great historical value.

This came from the private collection from the estate of Doctor Elston Grey-Turner CBE MC TD (16 August 1916 20 January 1984) who was a British medical doctor who served in World War II and was on the staff of the British Medical Association for many years. He joined the Royal Army Medical Corps and served as regimental medical officer to the 2nd Battalion of the Coldstream Guards 19421945. He was awarded the Territorial Decoration, and also the Military Cross.
