I bought this on a recent trip to Whitehorse, Yukon.

This Postcard is of the White Pass & Yukon Route (WP&YR) engines #40 &73 with rotary snow plough #1 clearing the tracks near Fraser BC.

This Postcard is new and has never been mailed.

It measures approximately 6 X 4 inches.

This postcard is in excellent condition.

The rear reads:

WP&YR Rotary Snowplough #1

White Pass and Yukon Route's restored 1898 Rotary snowplough #1, clearing the line near Fraser B.C., spring of 2001. Powered by engines #73 and #40. It was the first time in over forty years that steam power cleared the line providing rail fans with a wonderful spectacle.
