There is water damage to the card on the outside of the case.
This is a used game, untested by me, as I do not have the PS2 anymore. It was working the last time the boys played it.
The game case says NTSC U/C. I believe it to be a North American PS/2 game.

I see a few light scratches on the surface of the DVD. I was able to look at the file structure on the DVD with my PC.
