Butterick 3592/320 sewing pattern, Circa 1994, can be used to make nine different hats for boys and girls in sizes: S (Small), M (Medium), L (Large).

CHILDREN’S HATS Package includes patterns and instructions for nine different hats, all offered in small: 20½” (52cm), medium: 21” (53.5cm), and large 21½” 54.5 cm), hat sizes. B: Contrast fake fur under brim and lining. F: Contrast lining. I: Contrast fake fur flap. A,C,D,E,I: Topstitch trim. Purchased trims.

NOTIONS: A,C,D,E,I: ¾ yd. (0.7m) of 7/8” (22mm) Grosgrain Ribbon. Also for E: 1-1/8 yds. (1.1m). Jumbo Rickrack Trim. F: Three 1¼” (32mm) Pompoms. G: Two 1¼” (32mm) Pomporns. H: One 18” (46cm) Shoelace or ½ yd. (0.5m) of (6mm) Cording. I: Two 12” Shoelaces or ¾ yd (0.7m) of ¼” (6mm) Cording.

FABRICS: Hat A,B,C,D,E,I: Wool Plaid, Fleece, Gabardine, Twill and Flannel. D,F,G,H: Moderate Stretch Knits such as: Polar Fleece, Sweatshirt Fleece and Sweater Knit. Contrast B,I: Low Pile Fake Fur. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stipes. Use nap yardages/Iayouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics.

Notes:
Piece 24, Flap I, has a 2” rip in it.

The pattern pieces and instructions are in fair used condition. The envelope is in poor condition as it is ripped half the way down on one side and about 3” down the other side (part of which has been taped). The flap is ripped. There is a fabric shop stamp on the front.

The pattern package weighs 49 grams (1.7 ounces). Shipping weight will be 80 grams. The pattern envelope measures approximately 21.7 X 14 X 2 cm (8½ X 5½ X 1 inch) and will ship in a 27 X 19 cm envelope.

Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
