McCalls 4542 sewing pattern. This 1989 vintage sewing pattern will make a INFANTS' JACKET, OVERALLS, ROMPER, TOPS AND HAT in sizes New Born, Small, Medium and Large.
The pattern has been cut to size large and can still be used on all 4 sizes.

INFANTS' JACKET, OVERALLS, ROMPER, TOPS AND HAT
TOPS FOR STRETCH KNITS ONLY:
Front buttoned or snapped jacket has long sleeves and patch pockets. Overalls A, B, C, Romper D or E have elastic in waistline casing, front bib with buttoned or snapped shoulder straps. Overalls A, B, C with or without elastic or cuff at lower edges and Romper D, E with or without elastic at leg edges have buttoned or snap fastened crotch opening. Pullover short sleeved Top A thru E has ribbed knit collar or neckband. Top A or E has buttoned or snapped shoulder opening. Top B, C or D has front buttons or snaps. Hat with brim has snap or self gripping fastener.

Jacket, Overalls, Romper and Hat - Chambray, Velour, Lightweight Corduroy, Cotton, Cotton Blends, Cotton Knits; Contrast Cull (For Pants) - Ribbed Knit; Hat lining - Batiste' Lightweight Lining; Tops A thru E - For Stretch Knits Only such as Cotton Knits' Jersey, Sweatshirt Fleece; Contrast Collar and Neckband - Ribbed Knits. NOTE: Jacket, Overalls and Romper - Stripes will run in opposite direction when using crosswise stripes. NOTE: Not Suitable For Diagonals.
