McCalls 4384 sewing pattern. This easy rated, 1987 vintage pattern, will make a child's blouse, jumper and overalls in sizes 2, 3 & 4. Most of the pattern has been cut to a size 4 so still can be used on all 3 sizes. See the pattern inventory below.

CHILDREN'S BLOUSE, JUMPER AND OVERALLS:
Front buttoned Blouse A or B has Peter Pan collar, sleeves with gathered caps and machine-stitched hem. Blouse A has lace trimmed collar and long sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Blouse B has short sleeves gathered into cuffs. Jumper or overalls (longer or shorter length I has buttoned shoulder openings, optional patch pocket and shaped waistline. Jumper has skirt with front and back pleats and machine stitched hem. Longer length overalls with cuffs or shorter length overalls has front and back pleats.

SUGGESTED FABRICS:
All Garments - Cotton s Cotton Blends, Broadcloth, Gingham. Lightweight Pique, Seersucker, Chambray; Jumper, Overalls (Longer or Shorter Length) - Denim, Lightweight Corduroy, Poplin, Chino, Wool, Wool Blends. NOTE: All Garments - Not Suitable for Diagonals.

Thread; Blouse A - Seven 1/2" (13mm) Buttons, 1-1/4 Yds. (1.20m) of 1-1/2" (3.8cm) Wide Single-edged Eyelet or Lace; Blouse B - Five 1/2" (13mm) Buttons; Jumper or Overalls (longer or Shorter Length) - Eight 1/2" (13mm) Buttons.
