This old-time plume agate is noted for its soft and feathery dendrites and plumes, sometimes in brecciated patterns. The holding agate in this high-quality piece is translucent icy clear-to-bluish white. The plumes are cream-to-golden with contrasting dark brown outlines - making for a striking pattern. This color combination makes for a flattering gems, and this large pear will make an eye-grabbing centerpiece for your custom jewel design or collection. The location of this deposit has been locked away behind the gates of a large estate for 20+ years, and there are no prospects of it ever being dug again. A great example of this very collectible variety.
