Have the view counters stopped?

Gazza said that the counters would hopefully be fixed when they do the site update.... I agree though, this problem has gone on for SO long it is becoming ridiculous.

Well my listings swing from 0 to over 6000

And some of them don't show anything at all

Mine have gone haywire too.
I wonder if all those with zero views are listed on Google.

Have any of you contacted Gazza about your frustrations with the view counters? The more that do, the earlier they may be finally sorted out.

Mine are steadily dropping to zero - each time I look, they have gone down.

It really isn't good enough - it's not been working since at least last October.

It gives a bad impression of the site, and I'm surprised Da Boyz have not mended it yet!

All my listings.. the ones that haven't reverted to zero views, anyway... are now all showing multiples of 3 - 3, 6, 9, 12 and a 21.

As I said earlier, it needs everyone to make a complaint - otherwise it will go on and on - unless it is fixed when the much heralded site update is implemented ... don't know when that is though.

Lots of posts in these forums over the months - I have made two complaints about it direct to Support but we need a concerted effort to bring this to Gazza's attention.

He said to me last time I emailed that he knew the frustration it was causing but hopefully it would be corrected when the site updated. I don't think that is good enough because it has been going on for so long and it a) gives sellers no idea of how their item is doing and b) gives visitors to the site the impression that it's a ghost town in a lot of cases.

So please - contact support don't just write in the forums!

I just found the message that I received from Support on 20 April:

We are aware of the frustration caused by this problem. We are currently
updating certain aspects of the eBid site, servers and database.
We are looking to resolve this issue at the time of the upgrade.
Please bear with us.
