"Since I am concerned about them ...I have emailed and am waiting for a reply."
I've e-mailed too, twice after paying them~ no reply.
And e-mailed them as soon as I won also.
Did you think I wouldn't give them a fair chance?

I was new then, but i am sticking here because i want this site to work. It is the most fair site that i have looked at, hands down. Also, i believe eBid will succseed
Nope. Not least because I'm not a sir.
I really am trying to get some useful ideas out of this, but most of what you've suggested isn't down to us - they're things only ebid can control. What as *sellers* can we do? You address us, you posted in the KT. I would be very interested in any ideas you or anybody else has that would enable us, the sellers, to improve the general reputation of ebid. I already have a faultless reputation as seller, not just here but elsewhere, and I do appreciate how important that is. I also agree wholeheartedly that the general reputation of the site reflects on all its members, and vice versa. What I can't see is any significant way that we the members can help with that - any pratical solutions will be ver welcome.
1) I don't think you can make or even expect an individual/casual/hobby seller to act as a business seller here or on any site. A great number of them are indeed very professional about the standard of service they offer, but legally the same rules & regs do not apply.
2) Surely each persons criteria for what would lead them to leave a positive, neutral or negative feedback would be different? Trying to enforce how what kind of feedback is left in what situation, is a step too far IMO.
3) "Continuous negative feedback will also see your account placed on hold. Always make sure your first feedback is positive otherwise your account could be investigated."
http://uk.ebid.net/help_register.php#11
4) I agree, maybe a requirement to login to your account at regular intervals to keep your listings live could be introduced.
5) Non-payers usually are.
6) Very few people have two ID's on eBid, MOST who do are very clear about it, my info is in all of my forum signatures, I even make plain who other family members are. Because of eBid's strict rules on Shill bidding, I'm not even allowed to bid on Charity items listed by my family.
7) Stores with no items are put offline automatically after 12 hours, if this was changed to Real Time, your store would close before you got the opportunity to stock it. Only stores whose owners have at least +1 feedback can be featured.

Badges received this morning~ bought 3, only two arrived.
I've changed my feedback for that seller~ which to me was the only fair thing to do.
At least he did supply me with most of his order.
Feedback left did ask for third badge to be sent.
As for the other seller?forget it~
As for this site~ well~![]()
