What does it take to get people to leave feedback for the seller?
I have several 0 rated customers who haven't left me feedback although I've asked them nicely several times.
What do you guys do to get feedback from customers?

There's no easy way - especially with newbies!

I have to say that I think it's fairly complicated for a newbie to find and do!

Must admit , I don't ask anymore .... in case something has gone wrong and I remind them !!! LoL

I have come to the opinion that such cases are buyers who come in for a one off purchase after seeing an item on Google Products. They buy then leave.

Shrug it off. No sense letting it bother you.

I've had a number of 0 rated buyers as well and a fair amount haven't left any feedback.

As far as I'm concerned if they've paid for what they've 'bought' then that's positive enough for me

I never chase for feedback but I appreciate that's personal choice.

The encouraging thing for me is these 0 feedback buyers are finding their way here in the first place...the vast majority via google shopping I'd assume

How long ago was the item purchased? How long between reminders?

Sometimes I do forget about feedback, but all it takes is one reminder and I sort it. What does bug me though is receiving loads of reminders before the item has been received.

It is out of your control.

I leave feedback the same day that I post the item.
If the buyer wants to leave feedback or not then that is their choice.
I usually send a reminder after about 2 weks then forget about it.

I had a newcomer buy an item from me and before I even knew it had sold they paid by PP and sent me a feedback request. I left feedback but only thanks for buying. It would have been much better if they hadn't been so impatient.

call me bl**dy minded but when someone did that to me I made them wait a week for their feedback
