I was quite glad I'd used "quote" so I didn't look completely bonkers after you'd fixed your post.

Hmmm... actually, I think that horse might already have bolted.

    Default Thanks Astral & Kimbo

    Hi Astral & Kimbo,

thanks for your suggestions. I have put a couple of links of an item that has ended and I have tried to relist so you can see what problem I am having.

The first is what I see before trying to relist,

    http://uk.nine.ebid.net/perl/account...account-review
The second is what I see when I click on the relist repost link,
    http://uk.nine.ebid.net/perl/posting...osting-similar
If I then try to edit it it becomes even more scambled. I understand that cutting and pasting with Word is a problem with new items, but why should it be so with an item that has previouslly been listed ok.
Also it seems that if I change anything at all, such as add a gallery picture (which is on my to do list for all my listings) the text box goes haywire.
Any way i'm completely stumped. Does this mean that I have to completely re-do all my listings when they end before I can relist. If so most won't get relisted just deleted.
    Cheers Mel

Well as they have nothing to do after fixing the Gallery problem but sit and twiddle their thumbs maybe we can stick a 'NEXT' flag on this one.

If they can sort the problem - whether it be of their making or not - then that will be the eradication of the major causes of listing problems.

I'm beginning to think there is some kind of connection between the problems with Gallery & The WYSIWYG box.

Agree. What is being returned for you to repost is a jumbled mess. There is nothing in the code itself that would cause it. It is being rearranged by eBid for some unknown reason.

Re. your Gallery theory. Any difference made to listing after the Gallery fix yesterday?

Although, you've got to admit that

    <p><strong><font size="7"><strong><strong><font size="7"><font size="7" color="#9e9e9e"><strong><font face="Arial" size="7" color="#00ae5f"><strong>
    <p align="center"><font face="Arial" size="7" color="#00ae5f"><strong><font face="Trebuchet MS" color="#ff9936"><font size="5"><font color="#b3b3b3"><font color="#000000"><strong><font size="7">

Which is a copy and paste of the html preceding the first actual text in the "good" listing, is not happy code.

    Smile Thanks again you two

Thanks again Astral & Kimbo for having a look at my problem.

    The gallery fix hasn't helped.
As for the code where did that come from, does it appear in both the before and after links?
