This is a long one!
Originally ordered an ipod on 4th November. Took 2 wks to arrive, turned out seller did not have ipod in his posession when listed. Was ordering them in from china when ever he sold one. Wrong colour sent, returned at my own cost as he promised a refund that never happened. Finally got correct one in middle of December. Only it wasn't the correct one because it's a fake. The seller is still suspended from my previous complaint about non delivery so I can't contact him directly (and to be honest I don't think there would be any point if I could). I opened a dispute/claim with paypal but they won't help. I'm over £75 down. My (very dissappointed) son is stuck with a fake product, and if it goes up the creek, I'm well and truly stuck without a paddle.
Any advice on what I can do next will be greatly apreciated!
