need a grumble!

this one hasn't even bothered to entry the fact they have been despatched, let alone a tracking number!

well I'd tried ringing the local sorting office but they can't check if they have a parcel waiting for me without the tracking number, and of course I've asked the seller for that but received no answer.
Think perhaps she's hoping I'll just get fedup with chasing her and give up .... no chance, I can't afford to throw money away, and frankly even if I was rich, I still wouldn't accept such shoddy service from a seller.

That makes no sense, they put mail waiting to be collected in pigeon holes and can check if you have any parcels / letters waiting to be picked up.

I always say that I know that cards are normally left, but could they just check if there is anything waiting for me in case the postie forgot to put a card through, and when I say this they always check. Special / recorded mail etc is all put in the same area. (well in my delivery office)

I've now been accused of being rude (my goodness I could be but have resisted), and she still insists she is not a business and it's not her responsibility to get my goods to me or make a claim.
My understanding is that the tax man states if you buy goods for resale you are classified as a business.
Ever get that sinking feeling that you're just not going to win..... this woman makes me feel very upset and really quite violent!!

Whether they are a business or individual, it is entirely up to the seller to refund and make a claim to the PO, this seller is bad news for ebid and should be booted off

Have just tried the RM site (thanks for that suggestion, I should have realised I could do that!)
Got this message ....

Now I'm completely confused, what is the point of tracking the item AFTER delivery. Am getting totally pxxxxd off with this.

Lovely seller now pointing out that if she refunds it does not include p&p costs - which is where this grumble started, over £15 (and yes, I know it's completely my fault, that just makes it worse)

please, someone tell me something lovely/hopeful/cheerful.......
