AAl not marking as paid when paid through Paypal

Just a quickie G&M note to say that I have just had a customer order for 4 items and this was paid through paypal and the aal has not been marked as paid.

I have delayed posting about this as I was not sure if things were just going slow, but now 2 and a half hours has passed and still not shown as paid so I have had to manually mark as paid.

Me too - just one item at about 7pm bought and paid for via Paypal before I had chance to send an invoice - now manually marked as paid.

I've never seen the AAL automatically update when paying - I have always gone back to the listing and marked it as paid, myself.. I just assumed they had not worked the instant payment notification into the system..

Hi again & update - just sold another item via BIN and instant payment is showing as a big green in AAL. So system seems to be working. Thank you.
IDEAL- generally the AAL works to let you know a payment has been received - the biggest problem is when someone pays and you refund for whatever reason via Paypal, the item(s) remain as paid on AAL, very difficult to resend a muliple purchase invoice.In the past I have tried to resolve this by sending invoice via Paypal and not got paid!! So I try to avoid refunds wheverever possible for obvious reasons.

On the other item Jay that you was first on about, has it now got payment received marked twice now? Mine has. timed at 21:46 for manual marking & 01:52 for paypal marking

Hi again Sarah- old news by now, but for the record - the timings of my manual and the recorded ebid payment times mirror yours - manual 22.01, ebid / paypal 01.42 this morning.
All is well that ends well.
