Just for the record, The American Cancer Society, an International Organization, will be receiving $40.66 or 25.73 GBP from proceeds of the YDC-60.

For as long as I've been taking part in the YDC it has been who can raise the most from a single item.

It was originally called Yorkies Daft Competition, because it was who could list the daftest item, and raise the most from it.
We have had some great ones in the past..like the invisible t-shirt, box of sawdust, the empty m&m packet for those who were on a diet...I'm sure others will remember more.

Unless the rules have changed...it being for a single item made it fairer as everyone who listed an item had an equal chance of winning...
so someone who could only list one item had as good a chance as someone who listed dozens.

Thanks for setting me straight Stitchy. I will get my brain cell working one of these days!

Just got another £50 from sunnybooks.

That money includes donations from my 2 kids.

One buyer bought one of Annie's keyrings as an extra - the money was meant for Annie but when I asked Annie what she wanted to do with the money she said to give it to the charity

For those who don't already know - Annie has Autism and a severe learning disability.

It doesnt stop her from thinking about other people though

I think I have paid my debt to everyone. If you think I have missed you check ppal account first as I sent payments as private and then remind me. I am so broke that we'll have nothing to eat till the veg and chocolate arrive. (must be more careful next month) Off to do some packing now
