I surely will tell my e bay customers about e bid. I have joined e bid but I have not given up on e bay. I have been trading with them for over 8 years and have lots of customers. I must say I don't like the way e bay is going. They are using what amounts to 'bullying tactics'. They need competition. E bid does not seem to be in the same league, but they could get there.

Hi books4you. Keeping a presence on the other site is sensible if you have a good customer base, particularly in the run-up to the busy Christmas season and many sellers here use more than one site, just as the buyers do. This site is great and growing fast so I'm sure that you won't regret your investment.

Best of luck with your listings.

    Hi Welcome to eBid
I will try and explain the fees for you

The normal seller + fee as a one off for life is £99.99 but at the moment there is a 50% reduction making it £49.99 for life so if you list with a gallery picture then the listing fee is free but there is a 2% FVFee.
As you have been paying at £1.99 a week when you upgrade to seller+ lifetime then the £1.99 fees you have paid will be deducted from the £49.99 hence the £24 you quote. This will be for seller lifetime with no more in fees to pay unless you use upgrades ie galllery featured etc.

    Hope this helps
