    Thanks Ken for your helpful tips, I will certainly use them to the fullest. Finding the time will be the difficult bit but I will get there in the end I'm sure.
    Every one on this side is so helpful it's unbelievable, I am so glad I saw the light (as opposed to the dark side)

    My point was: I can't see that seller catering for rare or collectible items can you? The buyer choice is leaving feebay and coming here, which is great news.

    i was a power seller on ebay for 3 years and had over 3000 possitive feedback which i worked my butt off to get , then i joined here and closed my ebay shop i still had a couple of listing running and people who owed me money , when my listings ended my account was closed NOT BY ME BY EBAY now thats loyalty for you dispite them saying your shop will remain on the system for 1 month in case you should change your mind !!!!!! like i would want too !!!! i cant even log into my account to see what has happend to the ones who owed me money , i am totally discusted with them when i try to email them it tells me to log in when i try to log in i cant , good riddance to ebay i say they can do what ever they like im stopping here , a nice friendly site where people are helpfull and i get reply's to my emails , just gutted i cant let my old customers know where i am as i cant access the records now .oh one last thing how do i ask where my t shirt is i want to wear it with pride when i work on the market and let everyone know what a great site this is ? mandy

    Hi Sparklybits, Your story sounds similar to mine. I also had over 3,000 100% positive feedback. They expect you to give good customer service but don't give it themselves! I would give them a negative if I could!

    You have to put in a request for your T-shirt ( if you haven't already) as they need to know what size you would like. Just use the Help button at the top and you will find the section there.

    thankyou i cant seam to access the help desk it wont let me send them a email i really want my t-shirt badly lol must be having a blonde day sorry
