I agree, I used to hate the way some posters were attacked for whatever reason, rather then getting a response to their questions.
When I first started here, there were a few things I couldn't figure out and was quite weary about asking questions on the forums (after looking for an answer); it was really refreshing to get quick to the point replies without being told I was being dim, stupid or whatever.

I dont think this thread is directed to me personally but the tesco thread I posted earlier may have summat to do with it, I would complain regardless of what store the incident happened in. As for me being rational nah dont think so
