HI everyone, and welcome from yet another x ebayer. I have a question for you nice folks that have been so helpful. I am trying to stock up one of my new stores, and I wanted to add to the category and I can't seem to find the edit. One place inthe middle of the default page said to tick for new creation, but nothing happened. Any advise would be great. Thank CJ

    Hi and welcome!

When you say you are trying to add a new category - are you trying to add a new category within your store or that your store is posted in more than one category?

Firstly I beleive that your store can only be listed in one category.

I assume you are aware of the area to make changes to your store - it is in the list under 'My Account on the right hand side. There you can change the colours of your store etc, and if you scroll down to the bottom you will see the heading
    Your Current Category Configuration
Under the options heading you have the option to delete a category or edit it.

Sorry if this isn't the problem you are having.

All the best with your stores!

This is not so much a hello, more of a hello again. I have just signed up for a second account, so I am both maplegin & somersethedge. As a business trader dealing in paper collectables, which is a VERY large category, and needing more than 5 shops into which to split the various things we trade in, it made more (economical) sense to open up a second seller+ account than to pay the monthly fees of the extra shops.

Just stopping by to say hello. I too am a refugee from "the dark side". The squeeze on the small seller forced me to expand my horizons. I like the look and feel of eBid and hope they/us are able to create a foothold and brand recognition in the online marketplace.

    Cheers!
