Good evening virtual people, I may not post often but I do check in and read the promo forums. I'm guessing you are all having a great time over there in SL land - where poor Fileas Frog still remains lost as I can't remember my password. Anyway, how are sales here as a result of your virtual second lives?

It is great to see your post.
Personally my sales are up since I joined the group and have remained so.All newbies too.
As you know in SL your av has a clickable profile this i have loaded with information regarding my sales and the names of my shops.The SL ebid group profile is loaded with ebid information and the notecard has all our shop links on it.The SL ebid group tag is the first thing other avs see too.
The group now has many more members who have become aware of ebids actual existance due to our SL group.
The mall although not yet officially lauched is attracting traffic.
Yes SL is great fun too,with live chat.I personally have made three very dear friends through the group.Who i am proud to be business partners with.
Poor old Fileas Frog.You can open a new account or second ID on the same email address.Its takes just a few minutes.We hope to see you back soon.

I spoke to Mulian last night in the mall.She has the free streamed music,with 70 channels.I think it is the same as you guys were discussing.Anyway she gave me the notecard.

I am going to go to a sand box later and dig out more freebies from my inv for the mall.
The snake charming item is fantastically funny and very exotic !!!.I RL cried with laughter over that LOL !!!.

Hi Lottie, thanks for your response, however, I never did work out exactly how to get into the site other than to set up the username, so I'm cutting Fileas Frog free.
After the recent news reports, I am more convinced than ever that virtual 'reality' games are not my thing. I honestly hope that you all have a great time there and that you can make it work for you, but I also hope that sites like SL can solve, or at least control, their current problems, clean up their act and avoid everyone on there from being tarred with the same brush. Good luck to all.

Great to see you back on! (Hope all is well).

Yes, my sales have increased considerably since the forming of Project SL. The Mall is looking really impressive and we hope to be up-and-running within the next two weeks...... All the points for promotion that Michaela makes, are spot-on! Anyone entering the Mall, is automaticaly presented with a Notecard with info about eBid on, and the URLs of our Stores. We get new member requests most days now, and expect it to increase.

(LOL erm... we don't really look on SL as a 'game' as such, but more as an experience, with much of our day time spent building, and evening time socializing and shopping )

It really IS a shame that you can't get on, as our group has a 'family' feel to it in many ways. (Quite honestly, unless you go searching for the seedier side of SL, you really don't see it).

Just a few more little details to sort out, and then we will shortly have our "Much anticipated" Grand Opening. LOL.

Michaela, that sounds promising then on the music front, doesn't it? We WILL definitely need some for our roof-top events..... Mulan is great, isn't she. Very friendly and I think we are lucky to have such an enterprising lady as our neighbour....

Guys I just wanted you to know I left the group for personal reasons. I need to use my typing time on Listing rather then chatting! Due to my Arthritic Flare ups. Also I am house hunting (with each house taking a 130-160 mile round trip to look at (Even if we do 3-4 ) Its taking its toll on time and energy. Got so much stuff to sort and try to get rid of before moving too. Good luck with your venture (See My fingers are hurting already just typing this!)
