The sun is finally shining down south, but everything is soaking wet from the night rain...

Afternon peeps, ok been to the docs, not only was I complaining about my right wrist but the top of my left arm between shoulder & elbow feels like someone has punched me there twice 2 diff areas. I asked doc if I was falling apart & he agreed with me . Anyhow what ive done is sprain my wrist and seems like me muscle in the arm has gone a tad funny, he used a long word but hey im just not into that kinda thing .
Anyhow he wanted to give me one of those damn badages that wra around yer wrist, I said sod that il go to poundland & get an elasticated sock bandage. And gave me some ibuleve cream. Thing is when he did some tests with my hand & wrist, Im ok but its when im actually typing, picking things up or driving the pain starts on wrist. I can close my fingers around his without any pain. So there ya have it occupational hazard of growing old too soon . Says I have to rest my wrist & arm, he asked about another complaint I had about a month ago, where id wake up with pins n needles in my fingers (damn voodoo dolls again). I explained I still get them but only when I wake up are my fingers like pins & needles, he tried to claim I sleep on my hands. But I normally sleep on my back or side with my hand on my shoulder & the otehr under the pillow. So maybe is a case of bad blood circulation, maybe a course of garlic to thin the blood & assist in circulation.

    Yeeeeeeeeeeharrrrrrrr im falling apart

Do you do a lot of typing? Because you could just need to re-adjust your seat and the level of your arms... Also you may need a wrist rest when typing. A trip to an osteopath could be an idea...

Nope, I have been to one last year for a few sessions, and while it was not super cheap, I managed to pay without using the credit card...
Actually it is not more expensive than some sessions in the pub............
