I cannot attach a picture to my signature

Did you right click & save the picture (the one I resized) to your computer first,then upload it from there?

HI YES I DID SAVE THEN ADDED IT to my signiture, saved it and thought it would go on posts but not.... never mind i will just have to be a little mouse in the background.... eek

Right that's the picture sorted now all you need to do is tidy up the signature link!The link you have showing is to your listed auctions but,it's not a link to your store.(Subtle difference)Your store link is this one;

Right click & Copy shortcut,don't just copy.

I've just had a thought,are you using the WYSIWYG Enhanced interface?If not go to user cp > Edit Options,scroll right down to the bottom in Miscellaneous Options select Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing.Click Save Changes.
Now go to Edit Signature,you should have a preview of your picture with a message box underneath.If you delete the text "cjbridalgowns wedding store" & the existing link to your auctions then click the insert link icon (a globe with a chain link).Paste the link to the store (above) into the pop up box & Save Signature.

right taken off the wedding store bit. have used the copy shortcut. so is my signature any better now? i'm not used to these signature things so only learning... but thanks again for all the help....cj

Sorry cj,I was trying to get the message posted before Al Murray started.I should have said," In the message box you should have {SIGPIC}{/SIGPIC} (but in square brackets)highlight this then click the icon etc....."

Bluebedouni: You have been a big help. It took me awhile but I finally got it. I just kept looking past the "INSERT SIGNATURE PICTURE" clickable link right next to the pic I had uploaded and just above the delete box.... sheesh! 'Course I can blame it on age, blondeness, or a variety of other things. Or maybe it just appeared.... yeah that's it... it wasn't there and then it was... yeah!

well after having black hair for donkeys years. i have been blonde for a year and a half so i could put the numbness down to this, as i have had more blonde days lately than enough... so i am not realy numb..... just have alot to do with college course, a house to run, a hubby to look after and 4 teenagers and a 7 year old. it does not leave much time for ME..... thats why i am an internet only outlet... i would never have time to run a shop. so only get on here to do my suff when i can........
