When we are able to replicate the error you mention we will find a fix straight away. At the moment the problem seems to be only very specific cases which is most annoying for us.

I'm not really sure how the remote assistance thing works on Messenger but if that enables you to 'virtually' sit at my computer then I'm happy to do that.Just let me know & I'll pm my messenger addy.

Think word association skills should be a compulsory subject in schools

E.......as in Envelope!
A.......as in Car!

StationERY = pens, paper etc
StationARY = stopped, not moving

Used to teach my class at school that "ARY" stopped at the station.

I found yesterday that nothing would center either by using HTML or by using advanced WYSIWYG on the center button, on relisting items. Found yesterday could not go from HTML to WYSIWYG advanced or simple. I had to list item as if new and then it accepted it. Today it seems to be OK.

Many thanks Gazza for such a fast fix. What a contrast this place is to eBay. Over there I recently reported a problem, the checkbox on the signon screen doesn't seem to be reachable by tabbing nowadays (it used to be), which is a minor irritation for those of us who prefer keyboards and a major one for those with accessibility problems. But expecting an eBay 'droid to understand what you're talking about, much less to forward it someone who'll fix it... pigs might fly.

Roll on the day when eBid takes over as no. 1 and eBay has to follow along in the dust, maybe that'll wake them up, but I doubt it.
