I have a good feedback reputation on eBay - although it's the happiness of my buyers that's paramount to me, feedback isn't that important, except insofar as it reflects the fact that I have been able to keep my customers satisfied!

I've been looking for another venue to sell because of eBay's over-complicated fee structure and dismal customer support for small sellers such as myself. eBid seems to be a good alternative!

If you're happy, I'm happy.

1. I aim to despatch orders within ONE working day of receiving cleared payment.
2. I use First Class post (within the UK) on all but the cheapest items, as I believe that it's worth a few extra pennies to get an item to you faster.
3. Where possible, I will combine multiple orders to save you money. Please let me know if you intend to withhold payment pending the outcome of other auctions, to prevent misunderstanding.
4. I accept Google Checkout, PayPal, Nochex, Postal Orders and cheques drawn on a UK bank.

Please note that it's my policy to leave feedback after I know that you have received your goods and are happy with them. The quickest and easiest way for you to let me know that all is OK is for you to leave me feedback when you're happy, and I'll return the favour - but if you would rather drop me an email instead, that's cool too :)
