Yes - but e bid refunded the payments taken after my request

Unable to Close account
Has anyone suggestions on what to do when you activate the stop my subscription and yet ebid still debits your bank account with continuing fees. I stopped the subscription last month and it showed up as ended under my subscriptions then reactivated when they took yet another month's subscription from my bank. I have e mailed support etc. and posted threads but having no luck.....
Sorry to hear your wanting to close your account & you feel support are not giving you the responses you deserve. I hope you can get this resolved soon.
However, I do feel this isn't the basis of a good poll. Just my personal opinion. Sorry.

Where exactly did you "activate the stop my subscription"? You are still showing as a seller+ with a store containing live auctions.
