I still have to sell on ebay...but I want returning customers to buy from ebid...slowly but surely the tide will change....long live ebid

good nice to see you giving it a try if we could pull a few large scale sellers here it would transform ebid , but it as now become a positive market on here new bidders popping up so you never know

    merlin-man.
It is worth giving Ebid a try, it is not as if sales are great on the other site since the changes.
    good luck here.

If everyone who sells on ebay does a compliments slip and adds it into the parcel, then more buyers from greedbay will come over. There is nothing wrong with adding a compliments slip greedbay cannot stop you as allegedly they do not get involved with the transaction so they cannot stop you. A link on a compliments slip does wonders, I have been doing this for about nearly a month now when an item has sold on greedbay add the slip and people have pm me on greedbay and asked what it is like on ebid, and I tell them there are more humans on ebid than there are on greedbay. Easy enough and doesnt cost much, plus other sellers on ebid have gone to the trouble to have ebid pens made & send them in the greedbay parcels. There was a thread about this I have no idea what happened to it.

I just joined ebid today and am looking forward to earning some $$$ here. I like what I see thus far. I am posting a link for ebid in the ebay newsgroups on usenet.. ebay can't do a darn thing about it.

    Hi Cocksparrer,
Could you give an idea as to what kind of wording you use on your compliments slip? I do it too, but no one messages me to ask about Ebid!

There are a lot of unhappy people following the revamp of the eBay Groups, no one likes them. Good time to recruit folk to here.

It has been suggested that everyone includes flyers with their ebay sales telling customers about ebid.
If you have a budget for advertising, now is the time to capitalize on ebay's greed
It appears that even Ebid have got greedy !
Platinum subscription fees have gone from £83.00 to £88.00 & now £99.00 so Ebid is going to end up the same way as ebay ?
