Hi all!

I haven't received payment from my 'crossed-outter' (NOT the London/Derry one, in this case), so could someone tell me how I go about reclaiming FVFs please. (My first non-payer on eBid).

I've read about having to send three 'payment reminders', but bearing in mind they are 'crossed-outters', is the process more straightforward than a Registered User? (I asked them to confirm once payment had been sent, but they have not one so, - deep down I expected this really).

Any advice would be welcome.

Hi Simon

My buyer had his name crossed out too. I had the bid on the tuesday, and I emailed support on the Thursday. No problem as they immediately removed any fees due.

I should blacklist them so they can't bid again.
