err hello

quiet time is lovely ann - got my dad staying with me so can't be sitting on the net all day - not that its a good idea anyhow - but i can't just go on and have a quick 15 mins - lol unless he goes out - its not him - its me thinking what he must be thinking lol - doing tonnes of stuff during the day and frankly being off boards has been good but its nice to go back on - like going to your local on a night chat to mates - plus the putting daughter to bed later and later as she gets older and wants girly chats for 30 mins lol asking me questions - like i can remember what it was like when i was 11 pmsl!!! distant memories

Lol, i've been over to visit my Dad today, my Niece is taking us to my Brother's tomorrow, just for a couple of days, so i won't be around here then. My Dad asked me if i'm in a holiday mood, he wants to go to the Czech Republic for a week to see one of my other Brothers, so i came home & booked the flights, we go on the 16th, a little more notice would have suited me better but now that i've absorbed the idea i'm looking forward to going.

11 is a nice age, i like it when my Granddaughter stays over, she's 12, we have some good girly chats too.

It's been too nice out to stay on the net during the day, so it's probably healthier for you to be out & about.

yeah ann its been better by far - spent last 3/4 years addicted to the pc lol - some good some bad - i still can't remember the ins and outs of being 11 lol - enjoy your holiday - i dont like short notice either - you never feel in control and just have to go with the flow lol

Thanks Emma, i'm sure i'll have a great time, i love it over there.

I don't mind short notice as long as i can afford it lol, checked my bank balance & i should be ok, i've still got some Czech Crowns left over from the last visit, so am better off than i thought.

We had planned to go in July so i thought i had a bit longer to save up, the good thing about going sooner though is that i get longer to save up for the trip to Spain that's planned for September.

I've been given a Czech/English-English/Czech CD-ROM to put on the next YDC, i've got one myself but haven't tried it yet, it's a demo version dictionary (i think) lol. Will try my one sometime before i list the spare.

Lol, it helps that 2 of my Brothers have Spanish holiday homes & one lives in Czech Republic, very cheap holidays, especially when you can get cheap flights if you go out of season.
