which im not too sure about.....
I always think that if a series is soo good, and that it can end so well, then even though you yearn for more, perhaps it should be left as it is![]()

Won't be the same without John Simms - I don't think I ever seen him play a part badly.
For me it was the chemistry between him and Philip Glennister that made the series work so well. It would get boring after a while - same old, same old, kind of thing.

Absolutely excellent series, kept you on the edge of your seat. The Music was fantastic too. I checked for a website and it gives the name of each song used in individual episodes. And you can view the clips. Worth a peek.![]()

How can anyone consider that a good ending?
The central message is "If you think your life is crap throw yourself off a building knowing that you'll either die or at best re-enter your coma induced fantasy world."
What sort of message is that to give to people?
How is giving in to despair any way to end the series? What would have been wrong with having Sam re-evaluate his life based on his recent experiences, leave the police force and do something more positive instead?
Or even go off and discover that some of the people from his fantasy world existed in the real world and leave the viewer pondering that paradox.
Anything but suicide!
Ah but did he, was it suicide, was he there in the first place, lol ask the writers.
