Life is serious but taking it too seriously robs you of
happiness, fun and productivity
Humans already kill so many animals for no reason... For once, some want to save one, others say kill it! Other animals which are not meant to be pets are turned into pets all the time and this bear will not even be turned into a pet. He will never go in the wild, he will be semi wild in a zoo. So let him live.

The animal activists are going too far on this one. Why kill a healthy, well looked after, endangered species polar bear? They say it should not become tame, but in my opinion, wild animals never do become totally docile. I doubt this one will. But surely it's even worse to kill it?
He definitely wont form any relationships with other bears if they put him down.Animal rights activists say domesticating the bear is cruel, unnatural and will prevent him forming relationships with other bears in the future
What a stupid reason.
Isn't injecting a healthy animal with a lethal dose also "cruel and unnatural"?
the world's mad
Well I can't see whats wrong with a zoo, the Nutters.
Even if the mother had not abandoned the cub, it was never going to have a "normal" life whilst in the zoo, so where is the difference now? It's not like they were ever going to release it into the wild.
Seems to me that these animal rights people have been drinking from the same bottle as these Political Correctness nutters.
how can these people call them selves animal activist and then say kill it.
putting a healthy animal down is so wrong.
to put so little value on that poor cubs life is cruel and sick.
I just mailed my friend to see if I can find out whats going to happen to it. See if she can find out more.
