My auctions are always as descriptive as possible and honest when it comes to any defects or damages. I always try and keep the postage to a minimum and will also consider pick up of certain items if preferable.
Payments I accept are Paypal, Personal cheque & cash. Personal cheques will require clearance before item is posted. If you intend to send cash through the mail please send it recorded delivery as I accept no responsibility for lost/misdirected mail.
Items will be sent by the cheapest mail options possible unless otherwise stated.
What this means is that if you buy something that can fit into an envelope or jiffy bag or small box then it will most likely be sent by regular mail (1st or 2nd class depending on the item). For larger and/or more valuable items it will more likely be recorded delivery, either Royal Mail or another courier. Each auction will clearly state the postal method & price.

If any item you receive is faulty (this does not include damage caused by the mail handlers) I will refund you.
All items are packed carefully and substantially padded & protected for the journey through the mail.
Most matters can be resolved amicably. If you have any problems or questions please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I cannot rectify a problem if you don't let me know about it.
I am a member of the fair Trader Scheme and one of their conditions is that postage is kept to a sensible minimum. I do not add any 'extras' to the postage price. I will always offer you the cheapest delivery charge possible for the method of postage used. If you would prefer a different postal option to that stated in the auction, please contact me before bidding closes to discuss the possibility and prices.
