    Talking Luv u tec's serious advice needed

    When booting up the computor it starts runinng, then we get error message

    System route error 32

    stops right there and will not boot up


    Running windows xp, put in recovery disks loaded but still getting message



    please help me what do i do

    not had that one before, have you installed anything lately?

    You could try booting into safe mode (press f8 when you switch on) then run your av, spyware etc and if that finds nothing might be worth a system restore.

    Thanks shelley, will tell them to have a go at doing that, they did try to do system restore (i think) is that f11 on bootup because they said that the comp was'nt having none of it

    Will it let you load up in safe mode?? If it will let you. Load it up and then shut it down, try re-booting as normal.

    If that does not work, open the nearest window and lob it out!!
