If you came up with the idea the happy shopper I would not worry about it, even if you copied the store name. If there are objections to you using the name the people concerned have to contact you about it prior to taking any legal action.

"Happy Shopper" is a brand name for Booker Cash & Carry - a grocery supply chain.

Why did you remove the name 'The Happy Shopper' anyway. If you goto Companies House http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/bc...essCompanyInfo
and put a search in under The happy Shopper it does not appear. In fact there are 5 'Happy Shopper' variants.

So technically you were not breaking any laws. Don't bother to contact the company because they will not do anything anyway.

What you do have to be carefull of thou is that if you are selling to make a profit as most people are, you may need to register yourself within 3 months with the tax man. I suggest you read up on the legalities so you don't get caught out with anything.

I changed my store name and sent email for my user id to be changed, and now i cant log in??
message saying im using the wrong user name or password??
Any ideas
