It's got to be 10x8 cause she needs a1" turn in on each side to sew it up, and the picture has to be 8"x6" in the middle I think, best check that !, landscape, can be anything.
I think you can just paint a picture on a lump of felt if you want, Thats if you can paint, hence the reason we all got a tube of glue and a sewing machine.
