I can't say for sure about this system, but as admin on a forum myself I can state that no matter what a poster calls themself, or what email address they use, their IP will always be shown whatever name they post under. The only way round that is by using different computers (or going through proxy), but the chances of them remembering that every time is slight. Even with a dynamic IP they would have to make sure they log out and reconnect to the 'net each time they use a different name or it will still show.
