what is point in show user details?

Hi All,
i have just had a couple of my charity auctions finish and was looking at them and down the bottom it showed the bidders and had a show details and (£0.20) next to them.

Well being the curious type I have pressed 2 of them and when I looked at my invoice I have been charged 20p twice for the privelage of seeing some losing bidders details.

Am I missing the point here or is there a reason for these charges

that feature is so you can get other bidders details incase you want to second chance offer them, and ebid charge you 20p per person for the service.
