Default Bulk editing - search by price?

I am trying to do a bulk edit on some of my items priced at a particular price point, and lower than all.

I have gone to the bulk edit facility, and looking at the options, I do not see an option at search by price. Am I missing something?

How have you found the best way to change price is bulk quantity. I wish to avoid changing them all one by one.

I'm in the same situation and posted the same question several months ago. I have over 3500 listings that I'd like to change the prices on, but hesitate because of the sheer number of hours that would take on my part. An automated solution like Bulk Editing makes so much more sense.

Interestingly when I initially imported all my listings from Ebay I was given the option to reduce the entire amount (3500 plus) by a percentage which I did.

I think there is a problem that you cannot search your bucket by price.
I got around this when I wanted to change the minimum price in my shop by downloading the entire shop into excel, and then searching and changing minimum price in Excel, selecting just the changes, and then uploading the changes as "o" for overwrite

This facility has been suggested for over a number of years and in multiple threads. Bills workround is good but requires additional software and I believe a ftp account?

It would be an improvement to allow this type of change in the app.

The BuyNow option to set up a bulk edit bucket is not selective enough.

In my listings, if ticked the result is the entire shop contents i.e. > 10,000 items.

In the resulting bucket you can set a revised BuyNow price, but that is pointless unless the bucket set is a selective sub-set of the items.

Sellers should to be able to enter a BuyNow price for the BuyNow option, to select items at the bucket creation stage. They have the price option for postage!

Is the Domestic Postage and International Postage search options redundant? Should sellers be using shipping defaults to manage postage changes?

One edit on a default shipping set would apply to all items associated with that shipping default. N.B. Sellers can have multiple selling defaults to reflect letters, parcels etc.

If it is a question of the parameters passed to the query engine being fixed in the design, could the postage option be replaced buy a BuyNow option?

You do not need to buy excel, you can download LibreOffice spreadsheet for free.
I use ftp for my images, and you upload Ebid files on the uploader available to Gold subscribers, not with ftp
