I went to update the expiration date on my credit card that I'm required to keep on file with eBid and when I was finished I received an error message telling me to include the invoice number. Of course, I do not have one. However, my bank instantly messaged me that $1 had been debited from my account. I received two of these text messages probably because I resubmitted the updated information twice owing to the error message. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
