I posted here an offer for eBid to promote itself at a local Postcard Fair in Woking... for FREE! - appears eBid has taken the post offline!

Oh John, how could you say such a thing?

While having a nose around the new posts I've just seen someone from Management mention "the next update" and that a suggestion might be included. Fingers crossed that it will only be one of a raft of new or improved features that have been in the pipeline and are now ready to be unveiled.

Well, I'm certainly de-incentivised to promote eBid any more... yes, I've done well on here - but that's thanks to me & my efforts.

I will reduce my stock and probably end up somewhere else!

Funny old world, isn't it??

Wasn't the internet and e-commerce going to herald a new age of free enterprise, with untold numbers of micro-businesses springing up spreading wealth around like confetti. Instead we've got a handful of American corporations running the show and the rest of us chained to the oars making money for the billionaires that own them.

How did that happen??
