You have got the default Mobile Page showing, go to the bottom of the page and click on Full Site.
You should be back to normal.
Sometimes with V Bulletin software when you do a search on the web and it takes you to a forum post it will change the view and retain it
When in normal view, scroll down and on the bottom left you will see the view options.
If that doesn't do the trick then report it to eBid.
