I'm starting to think that this referendum should be declared invalid before it even takes place, and they should have to start again.

Funny how these 'unfortunate incidents' all seem to favour the Remain side. Now if I had a suspicious mind....
Exactly the same thing happened up here two years ago. Apparently then anyone who pointed it out was just being paranoid, so quite right to have a suspicious mind.

It'll probably get even worse though. If it follows the same path as our own referendum, the last two weeks of the campaign will be a like a sort of pyschological water boarding by the stay campaign. If it gets even closer, if you're an exiter it'll almost be like you're being assaulted by your television every time you put the news on.

I was maybe lucky in that I knew for years what my vote would be if we got a say. That meant I have been able to pretty much ignore what each side is saying. I want out whatever any predicted 'costs' might be. The future (we won't have one) inside the EU is far more scary.

I do marvel at Remain's super vision though. According to them leaving would be a 'leap into the dark' but somehow they can see what is in that dark and tell us all the monsters that live there.

The bar chart thing at the top of the page....
if you turn it 90 degrees to the left, it shows what the majority of forum members think of staying in.

Is it true that whatever the result of the Referendum, it is not binding on Parliament?

No, government is not legally bound to accept the result of a referendum.
