Default Why have my Plug threads been pulled?

I've just found that four of my Plug threads have been deleted - why?

Particularly as one was for my Charity listings.

Confused to say the least when similar plug threads are still running.

I thought we are only allowed one plug thread to run at any one time and that we should delete a thread before starting a new one? (according to the Plug Your Auction rules.)

You still have another 2 Plug threads live.

Last year I kept asking for more than one plug thread, I wanted one thread for each shop, which would make sense. eBid allowed it for one month only, Never heard any more after that, I pulled all of my shops and all listings early this year while I got on with my life.
I will soon be listing again and I will start campaigning again for multiple threads.
The Plug thread gets picked up organically by Google,
If I have a thread about jewellery packed with jewellery related keywords then need a thread about postcards, I have to pull the jewellery one to do it.
I can search on Google, find the jewellery thread in the organic search (was on first page) I click to open the link in Google only to get the message that thread can't be found. Great advert for me and eBid.

I only use one plug at a time as per the rules but when I had new listings in 2-3 of my stores, I alternated between them - one store plug every 24/48 hours or longer.

So I didn't break the rules - so why were they pulled ? There are many other plugs that are added to on a regular basis.

    Just a bit annoyed ............

Hi Annie, what it means is you are only allowed one total plug thread full stop, you can't have different thread for each shop. stupid but there you go, thats why I don't use it.

I've had no problem in the past - only since January. Probably won't use it any more now as it seems so petty.

There are at least 7 members with more than one thread in the Plug thread and that's just on the first 2 pages!
If the rule is to be regulated it must be regulated evenly.
I can understand old threads getting removed due to inactivity, that is fine by me.

The rules need a rethink by eBid.

Annie, it's to stop people over plugging one thread more than once a day but you weren't over plugging, so yes I agree with you
