    Default Birds again - the feathered variety!

    Sorry to be harping on about birds again - but, thought I'd make a list of the identified types I've seen around my new place. There are others, as yet unidentified.

    Pelican
    Grey teal duck
    Black shouldered kite

    That isn't the important question for Oz. The important question is "how many of them are dangerous when alive or poisonous when dead?"

    How true hahahha!

    I have had the wild duck & I know people who've had the Brush turkey, BUT, most of them are protected, & the rest you need to add a large rock to the cooking pot - when the rock is soft, the bird is ready!!! ie. tough as old boots.
